Clinic Policy

Making & Attending Your Appointment

  • When making an appointment you will be asked to provide your credit card details to secure the booking and to indicate agreement with the cancellation policy. The card will not be charged except in the instances detailed below.

  • Massages are provided by appointment only. To get the most out of your treatment, I would suggest consultation to set up a regular series of appointments at your preferred time.

  • To ensure the best experience and to gain the maximum benefit from your treatment, please arrive for your appointment five minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. This allows time for a brief consultation on session requirements, and for you to change and prepare for your treatment. All treatment sessions have a specific time schedule and early arrival allows for a relaxed and unhurried experience.

  • New clients - please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. This allows time for the completion of essential client intake forms and consultation on treatment requirements.


Confirmation of Your Appointment


  • You will receive a message (either by text or phone) the day prior to your scheduled appointment time, at a time which allows more than 24 hours response time. This message will be to remind you of your appointment and we request that you respond in a timely manner as to confirmation of your attendance or your need to cancel or reschedule.

Late Arrival


  • For late arrivals, your treatment will conclude at the scheduled end time in order to keep the daily appointment schedule on time, and the full booked treatment time will be charged. If the daily appointment schedule allows, you will receive the full treatment time.


Cancellations & Reschedules


  • Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, notification of 24 hours is required. This allows time to provide an opportunity for another client to take the appointment and enjoy a treatment with Nurturessence Aroma & Massage Therapy.


  • Cancellations or reschedules within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time are subject to a fee if the appointment cannot be filled. Every effort will be made to re-fill the cancelled/rescheduled appointment to avoid a fee being charged. I also understand that sometimes unanticipated events occur in everyone’s life and these will be taken into consideration prior to processing any cancellation fee.

  • The standard cancellation fee table has been determined in accordance with the impact to the booking schedule as follows:-


$25 fee per 30-minute treatment

$40 fee per 60-minute treatment

$60 fee per 90-minute treatment

  • Should you give notice of 3 hours or less, you will be charged in full for your treatment.


No Show


  • Customers who have made bookings and do not show for appointments will be charged for this appointment as if it took place. To cancel an appointment without incurring a financial penalty, the cancellation needs to be received 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time.


Therapist Cancellation


  • If it becomes necessary for me to cancel an appointment on the same day as your scheduled treatment, you will be offered the choice of a price reduction or increased treatment time at your next appointment.
